We offer a variety of services in conjunction with local decor companies to create the most imaginative and inspiring weddings in the Cayman Islands. We offer complete services such as designer florals, unique concepts, table and decor options, along with the widest variety of wedding canopies, arches and custom chuppahs on the island. We also provide custom lighting and sound-all created with customized flair at competitive pricing.
To showcase the services available, a few of our wedding decor options are described below with sample price ranges to help in the planning process. However, as each wedding is as unique as the bride and groom, Ristorante Pappagallo provides each event with a complete custom proposal and pricing based on each couple’s needs, budget range and desires.
All dining areas have the option to be Air-conditioned during the warm summer months.
The deck, patio, and interior dining rooms of Pappagallo can complement the ceremony set up by using custom linens, elegant floral displays, romantic lighting enhancements or even sleek lounge settings for dancing areas. From exclusive design stock items such as table candles, charger plates, escort cards and table name displays, high end linens and other one-of-a-kind inventory, a custom wedding is always possible.
Pappagallo can provide incredible lighting to change the atmosphere and look. We provide custom lighting design and any technical assistance needed for bands, speeches or audio-visual presentations.
From table-top candlelight to a colorful palette of sleek ambient backlighting, additional lighting can enhance the wonderful Pappagallo setting as well as create a more intimate space for the reception.
Provided on request, you may choose violin or steel pan for ceremonies, and DJ or live band for dinner and dancing.
Pappagallo can also assist in coordinating table decor, seating plan, and transfer by air-conditioned bus.

- Special arrangements for audiovisual equipment, floral displays, and entertainment are available.
- Open seven nights a week with dinner starting at 6:00 pm.
- Lunches or Sunday Brunch functions are available for a minimum financial obligation.
- The entire restaurant may be booked for your event with seating up to 250.
- Reservations require a 50% deposit on the estimated total of food and beverages.
- A final guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours prior to the event.
- Please note a 16% gratuity will be added to your food and beverage costs.
- All prices are in Cayman Islands dollars ($1 CI = $1.25 US).
