A lifelong passion which started when I was a young boy, perhaps inspired by the Prosecco hills and the rich food culture of the beautiful part of Italy I call home. As a child I spent hours curiously looking around and watching in the kitchen where my parents worked, both cooks, it was here that my passion would grow, I spent my summer holidays helping, learning. As soon as I got the opportunity I left for my first adventure abroad, I started to work for international companies (The Meridian, Hilton, Belmond) and starred restaurants.
Wonderful experiences that have helped me grow professionally and personally, as well as fulfilling another of my great passions: travelling! So far my passions have taken me to Australia, Spain, Portugal and back to Italy, where for 11 years I worked for the Cipriani, Venice, one of the most renowned hotels in Italy. And so the journey continues to the Cayman Islands, where I am a Chef at pappagallo, living yet another adventure fuelled by my passions for food and travel.
