Welcome to Ristorante Pappagallo

Ristorante Pappagallo is situated on a 14-acre bird sanctuary overlooking a natural salt water lagoon-home to herons, egrets, ducks and numerous other local and migratory birds. The area surrounding Pappagallo is so rich in natural wildlife that most of the book "Birds of the Cayman Islands" (1985 Patricia Bradley and Yves Jacques Ray Millet) was researched and photographed here.

Ristorante Pappagallo is perfect for any occasion from a business dinner to a more intimate affair. Here couples often indulge in a romantic tete-a-tete while families can come together in celebration. Pappagallo Head Chef, Alex, comes from a small village near Valdobbiadene, an area also well known for being the birth place of Prosecco-Ital's most popular sparkling wine.
