From the creation of specialty décor, high end linens and custom high style floral for the spectacular Ristorante Pappagallo venue is everything a bride and groom can dream of. Designs can include modern chic, beachside romance or classical elegance, with the settings reflecting the couples every wish.

We offers a variety of services in conjunction with local décor companies to create the most imaginative and inspiring weddings in the Cayman Islands. We offer complete services such as designer floral, unique concepts, table and décor options, along with the widest variety of wedding canopies, arches and custom chuppahs on the island. We also provide custom light and sound all created with custom flair at competitive pricing.

To showcase the services available, some wedding décor options are described below with sample price ranges to help in the planning process. However, as each wedding is as unique as the bride and groom, Ristorante Pappagallo provides each event with a complete custom proposal and pricing based on each couple’s needs, budget range and desires.

Ceremony Area

A wedding ceremony at Pappgallos can be held either on a white sand beach with beautiful sunset views and softly swaying palm trees or on the lake view terrace with the sound of the romantic waterfall. To custom create beachside a ceremony, choose from a bamboo canopy, a natural branch canopy, white curved arbors or even a beautiful round garden gazebo. All of these choices have many options to customize such as sheer voile drapes and fresh or faux flower enhancements. Accents can include conch shell aisle markers, guest seating chair style options, elegant signing tables or other unique touches such as entrance columns and floral displays.

Other enhancements include

• Fresh flowers for canopy can range from 200.00 CI and up    depending on flowers, amounts, season and size chosen.

• Seat favors such as fans or parasols.

• Entrance décor such as tripod bamboo stands with fresh flowers.
  Classic urns and floral or fluted columns.

Reception Dinner/ Entertainment Area:

The deck, patio and interior dining rooms of Pappagallos can be tied in with the ceremony set up by using custom linens, elegant floral displays, romantic lighting enhancements or even sleek lounge settings for the dancing later. From exclusive design stock, items such as table candles, charger plates, escort cards and table name displays, high end linens and other one of kind inventory, a custom wedding is always possible.

All flowers are based on season pricing and subject to availability. We do not provide ‘flowers only’ for any event.

Lighting and Technical

Pappagallo can provide incredible lighting to change the atmosphere and look. We provide custom lighting design and any technical assistance needed for bands, speeches or audio visual presentation.

From table top candlelight to a colorful palette of sleek ambient backlighting, additional lighting can enhance the wonderful Pappagallo setting as well as create a more intimate space for the reception .

SPECIALITY LINENS

Pricing from $18.00CI to 45.00CI. Inventory includes Satins, Lamoure, velvets, embroidered overlays, prints and a wide array of colors such as cocoas, greens, tropical colors and muted pastels.
